I thought it was called Share Ourshelves. I also thought I already left a review. These guys saved me back in the early 90s when I was addicted to drugs and living in the storage facility next door. Forever grateful.

Services are comprehensive and valuable to the under served and homeless populations. I am grateful for most all of the staff especially Isaiah and the many volunteers.

Today I was here for three hours. I have been waiting to go to the doctor for several years, but I haven’t had insurance finally got an appointment after waiting for this appointment for four months. I scheduled it last year. Upon checking in the girls up front are really short and not very nice. The nurse that took my vital signs was the sweetest person in the entire world. The doctor was very nice and she listened to everything that I had to say. FIVE stars for them. But when I was waiting for my discharge paperwork, I was told to go to the front To wait for my paperwork, it’s about 1 PM. No one is there. The old lady with the glasses and the drawn on eyebrows starts telling me That I need to make an appointment and they are closed and just being very rude and she’s speaking very loudly. But obviously, she wasn’t paying attention because she’s the one who checked me in and I had been waiting there for three hours. I was only doing what I was instructed to do which was come to the front for my paperwork. She is very rude very rude and should not be working at a place where people come for help and assistance

I had a really bad toothache the night before I went there and I called and they told me to come in in the morning at 7:45. I was so excited because I could not take the pain anymore. Everyone there was really helpful. The place is really clean And very thorough about what they’re doing. Dr. Vu is a really great doctor. He’s funny and he made it really easy to calm down and relax, and when he pulled up my four teeth, it wasn’t as bad as I was thinking it could be Also, Guadalupe was really helpful with the x-rays because my teeth hurt really bad and she was real gentle. Everyone worked together professionally and they made it easy-going and it was the first time that I left. Feeling good from a dentist office. Also can in the call center was very Sweet and patient with me when I was making my appointment. Thank you very much SOS. You guys did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend them.

I would think twice before using them as a provider, especially if you have complex medical conditions such as stage four cancer. I have been transitioning from Kaiser and chose them or actually my insurance did as my primary provider and they will do nothing more than provide you with referrals If you ask for a medication refill, especially a medication that you have been on Previously, they will not refill it even to get you through until you see the specialist that typically does prescribe it. I had a follow up visit after having thoracic surgery, which was a complete waste of time. All they wanted to do was make sure I was gonna go to my follow ups and had my referrals this is just for them to Bill your insurance for a visit and make money. Also, you'll never see a physician you always see a physician assistant Who only provide referrals!
