I love those who care for my son during his visits. They are very caring, understanding and passionate about what they do. My son is now 2 and I switched him pediatricians when he was 8 months old. So that says a lot already, I would be sad to have to switch down the road. The staff are so sweet! Whenever I needed a referral they didn't hesitate or treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to my son's health. Thats how I was treated before switching him to Mountain Park. They listen and they are great at what they do!

I was upset about a different clinic I had went to before and I decided to give this clinic a try. And I'm glad I found them. They are all nice and it's easy getting in and out. Also I had to pay out of pocket due to insurance issues but the amount I had to pay was not outrageous. All the staff I've encountered so far have been nice and I like Dr. Pashayeva. I appreciate the care she gives to my baby.

I came in yesterday 20 min early, and I still waited 1hr and 15 to be called in, and only because I said something. Getting lunches going was clearly their priority. Then I’m called in the provider rushes through our appointment and tells me my child needs immunizations. Well then I had to wait another 30 min for them, and nothing. My husband walks out to use the restroom and sees the MA originally helping us is leaving for lunch and they have the shots ready on the little platter they use. Finally they come in after my husband , I tell her I have to go, with attitude she says “we. LITERALLY just got them ready” , no you didn’t. and by that time I had my child ready to go and back in her car seat and we left. They clearly don’t respect their patients time. I was there for 2 hours. For nothing.
