Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Frestka Kakar is the worse physician I have ever encountered. She is careless, unprofessional, and has no compassion for patients whatsoever. She didn't let me listen to my babies heart beat after previously having a miscarriage, she didn't send my prenatals or anti nausea prescription in until. Calling to her is not my job. She didn't wash her hands before touching me, she didn't ask my permission or even introduce having 2 medical students in the room for my appointment, she rushed through my appointment, she didn't ask me how I was feeling, or if I had any questions after my appointment. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not see this"doctor". The office was a little difficult to find at first, the girls behind the counter were also extremely unprofessional. They giggled and gossiped for the entire waiting room to sit and listen to while waiting to be seen. The only kind and caring person was the medical assistant who showed me to my room. She had black and purple hair, I wish I knew her name so I could thank her for doing her job and being professional. I am extremely disappointed in Roseville.

If I could give this place no starts I definitely would. I had a routine appointment at 31 weeks and the nurse came and said oh sorry we have no more appointments for the month of July we will see you in August. Mind you I’m due in August! I should be getting seen every two weeks now. I’ve only met with my actual OB for the first few visits after that I’ve been with a nurse practitioner and every time she comes to see me she is half assing everything. To the point where I don’t feel like I’m being heard about what I’m feeling or the concerns that I have. She is always rushing to see me and doesn’t even help me get up after she check the growth of my stomach. The nurse on the other hand acts like she’s grossed out when she is getting your vitals. Come on now! If you feel that grossed out about your patients just get a different job. After that visit the nurse had me wait 10 more minutes just to give me a card so that I could make the appointment myself because she said they didn’t have anymore appointments for the month of July. I called the call center this morning and the lady said she only had one appointment farther away from where I live and that I should keep calling back to see if anyone cancels. Like what?! You are saying that if I’m a pregnant woman under the care of Wellspace I have to make sure to get my own appointments and therefore the responsibility is not on Wellspace but on me!!! This is just ridiculous and it’s causing more stress on top of being pregnant. Please don’t go here! This place is terrible and they don’t care about you at all!!!

It’s not one star they guys should close this office coz they guys never pick up calls and if you come 5 minutes late you have to reschedule appointment and thay have next appointment after one month They guys totally trash

I think this place might be ok for just regular obgyn appointments, but if you are pregnant, I highly recommend seeking care somewhere else!!! This is my second pregnancy, I was not with wellspace in my first pregnancy. It’s really unfortunate and inconvenient that there is no way to communicate with your dr outside of appointments. If you are worried or have questions, you have to wait for weeks before you can get an answer. If you need a prescription, you wait weeks for test results and answers. When you try to seek help outside of appointments, they say “our drs have full schedules” and make you feel like an inconvenience for even asking. They should take less patients if they don’t have time to address current patient questions. I had test results come back and had to get an eval from a dr at my ultrasound who is not even my routine obgyn. Ive only met my ob once and im almost 20 weeks pregnant. At my last appt, my dr was not even present. I asked for a scan bc I had not seen my baby properly at 12 weeks pregnant and also had mot been giben an official due date, and they pulled out a doppler and only gave me a heartbeat. Just super half hearted and you feel like a number in the system. I read negative reviews before and tried to give them a chance, but can now confirm, go somewhere else!

If less than one star was possible, I would absolutely rate them zero. Have an appointment scheduled months in advance? They will more than likely call you the day before to cancel or reschedule. Their pediatrics is horrendous. Child gets sick? Good luck, none of their doctors have openings for about a month. Their solution? Come sit in their office for four hours in hopes that someone cancels their appointment, or drive all the way out to Sacramento for urgent care. And if you try to call? Expect to be hung up on. If your insurance defaults you or your baby here, please spare yourself the headache and frustration and go someplace else. Truly the absolute worst. I immediately called my insurance to switch primary care.
