2.2 Stars speak for themselves. Not being able to speak with your provider's actual office staff is well, inexcusable. I have multiple health concerns to keep in check and it's a total, nearly impossible, jigsaw puzzle. My heart goes out to those less tenacious or adept at self-advocacy.

I usually give five-star reviews because of quite a few pcps but what the hell is going on they change my phone number on me after I've had it for 9 months they change my address on me after I've had it for 2 years plus what the hell's going on then I can't schedule a damn appointment for a month and a half

One could easily die while waiting for a person to talk to. My pharmacy has contacted them, and I've TRIED to contact them BUT phone recordings make one wait and wait. The medication team has recently had 10 or more calls ahead of mine. IF one is actually lucky enough to happen to talk to a person things happen quickly, but their recorded phone answering service is woefully inadequate and needs more real people. I wonder how many people have just given up on this health service. I am on the verge of doing that myself. I hate going through the process of trying to find a medical practice that will take my insurance, and one that will answer either my phone calls or those of my pharmacy on my behalf.

I’m not sure what is going on within this office but it is extremely unprofessional! I called on a Monday and I gave the receptionist all of my information, including insurance information. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes. When she picked up she answered as if I was a new caller. I said, “I’ve been on hold because you said you were checking my insurance”. She said, “oh yeah, well our insurance system is down, can I call you back?” I replied, “sure” and asked if she would be calling back same day, she said she would try. I never received a call. On Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning, hoping to get through. Someone picked up and then looped me back into the call queue without any greeting. I went through the prompts again, the person who picked up sounded like the same girl from Monday. I didn’t mention the previous call but I let her know I wanted to make an appointment and she (again) took all of my information, including insurance. She placed me on hold to look up my insurance, then 5 minutes in, disconnected the call. I tried calling back and now no one is picking up. This doctor’s office is a part of my medical group. I have never been in office here before, but I am making a formal complaint with my medical group. I understand systems going down, but common courtesy and communication would go a lot further than the hanging up and looping back into queue. I would absolutely NOT recommend this office.
