At our visit we were told what to expect and the way they ran things. We didn't see any of that. We were told that we would meet with the head therapist after my dad's evaluation and be told of their plan of action for him. That didn't happen. We never knew anything except he went to therapy every morning at the crack of dawn. They said he would get a menu each day to pick his meals for the next day. He got to do that less than half the time he was there. He would ask someone to do something for him or get him something, sometimes multiple times, and it wouldn't happen in a timely manner or at all. I asked to speak with a social worker or someone that could possibly help and I would be told they would get me information on how to get in touch with them or they would call me back. I never got the information or heard from anybody. I asked about all of these things and was told they would talk to the appropriate person to handle it but nothing ever changed. We were very disappointed in the promises made and not fulfilled. The only good thing that happened was my dad's physical therapy improvement and his stay being shorter than we expected, thank goodness. We will never use this facility again or recommend it to anyone. Big disappointment overall.
