My husband had Klarus  Home Health Care for 3 months for his home physical therapy, occupational therapy, and SLP after a brain surgery.  He also had a nurse come by at times to collect blood work.  Every employee was on time, dedicated, and easy to communicate with. My deep thanks to Jaime, Pamela, Cade, Zach , and the wonderful nurse. Every time they came into my home, they gave my husband excellent care and were focused on helping him improve his mobility. This team was the best.  Thank you.

I had a total knee replacement on 12/15/23 and I set up home physical therapy with Klarus for the first month post-op. Klarus was wonderful and worked with me before my surgery to set up the dates/times that someone would come to my home. They returned my calls quickly and did exactly what they said they would do.
I had my surgery in Albuquerque but did my recovery in Santa Fe. My physical therapist, Andrew, was GREAT! So calm and kind.
I don’t think I would’ve recovered as quickly as I did without his help.
Everyone I worked with at Klarus was excellent!

It's so sad that you have "nurses" here like SAMANTHA HOGGAN Who has very child like behavior, her kids are even worse. I can't believe she's a nurse like how with her parenting skills and immature child like behavior I can't believe they hire people like this.

No good so far. I’ve had to call repeatedly to get an appointment for PT and was told I would be called 24 hrs ahead to set up a time for my therapy. Never heard from the therapist and had to call yet again to tell Klarus I never heard from the therapist.
Terrible customer service.
