Telling me i practiced medicine without a license because i told people to use some non pharmacological interventions … nurses are trained to that, and it’s very much in my scope of practice. I forgot that western medicine doesn’t cure people, and i guess i was making the company lose money. A cured patient is a lost customer. Can you tell i am over the big pharma scam? Happy to be away from such a company. Home care and CARING are not the same.

The 2 weeks of in home therapy after a partial knee replacement went perfectly.   My physical therapist was awesome in how he approached my therapy.   I was ahead of schedule on all phases of movement when he was done.  Could not recommend their company more for PT services!

My mom recently fell and broke her ankle. She needed surgery and then temporary in home services. We chose Elara Caring. We had PT, OT, and nursing visits. While it was only a few weeks, we were really pleased with the service. The lead PT, Anil, was especially kind, thorough, and patient.

Elara is truly amazing.  My mom received such great care and comfort from everyone at Elara.  The communication with Courtney B was wonderful.  She was our first contact with Elara and she was so compassionate.  She was also so thorough with information, resources, and follow ups.  The nurses and aides were also so supportive.  We truly appreciate all the support that was provide to my mom and our family during her time in hospice.  My mom chose Elara because she used them for my dad 2 years ago.  I understand her reasons for choosing them for herself.  Thank you Elara for caring for both my parents.

We were extremely pleased with Anil (physical therapist). He went above and beyond and he truly provided 5 star service. He was exceptionally caring and kind towards my mother in law. He was very highly informed and very skilled as a therapist. He gave us a lot of great information and good advice for our family to follow.

Otherwise we found Elara somewhat unreliable (likely due to staffing issues). One of the other therapists from Elara that we worked with was nice, but was pushing unadvisable home remedies over the evidence based medicine our doctor was recommending.
