I found this agency when my husband needed Speech therapy. We didn't feel comfortable with the first person that they sent and asked to see a different therapist. We were pleasantly surprised to be connected with a familiar face, Cecilia Smith, who is extremely talented and with whom my husband has already built a relationship. It was a seamless transition. Later, when we were in need of Physical therapy, we were paired with a therapist who worked in a non-conventional style. He came with new ideas to every session and kept it interesting and new. In my opinion, as a patient myself, Davit is the BEST Physical Therapist I have ever worked with in the past 30 years. The therapists at New Chapter are considerate about our time and found ways to accommodate my husband's non-conventional schedule. I am very impressed by the fact that they were extremely careful to treat my husband with ultimate care and respect. Thiscan be a rare quality. The nursing staff were responsive to any concern that I had and did their absolute best to resolve any issue. Without a doubt, as the need arises, I hope to continue to work with Anita at New Chapter. My husband is much improved in all aspects due to the care provided by this agency.

There has been times I have called for help after my husband was out of the hospital, they are very helpful, kind , they take their time to explain with a matter.

my mother needed a home care so I requested to her doctor and this was the agency we were referred to. They were on top of everything, visits were on time the nurses and therapist were so caring and most definitely helpful. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs a home health care!
