I can't thank enough to all the clinician's who are working above and beyond for going to places that are not in their area. Giving their best to accommodate the patient's needs amidst of the situation we are in right now (healthcare worker shortage everywhere ) . "I am a former employee actually terminated today due to not allowing the owner to bully me and abuse my abilities at this company. As they where demanding someone not qualified to do HR tasks along with demanding the intake coordinator do scheduling, hr, receptionist, filing which was not in Job description, Owner is hiring people in the phillipines to do work so they are cheap which is irs fraud as they are not us citizens to be taxed correctly. They are not caring for patient care as they only thing that matters is the bottom dollar. Whatever money this owner can put in her pocket as there is no staffing in office to operate company correctly. There is also misconduct with processing and a lot unethical conduct, I would not recommend to this company due to the greediness, clinicians are great though. There is no DON or Therapy Manager or HR department. "
