"They do not care about their clients or the client families. Oftentimes they pawn their responsibilites off on the consumer instead of being an advocate for families. The office staff is rude at best. Complaints go unanswered. They offer no backup if your normal caregiver cannot cover a shift which leaves guardians stranded. After 3 years with this company I would recommend any other agency in Lorain county."
