We had a truly excellent experience with Horizons Home Health. From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The skilled nursing care was attentive and thorough, with nurses who genuinely cared about both comfort and healing. The physical therapy team was fantastic—patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable, helping to restore mobility and confidence step by step. We were especially impressed with the speech therapy services, which were tailored, effective, and delivered with great empathy. Communication with the office was smooth, and scheduling was always respectful of our time. This agency made a challenging period much easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of home health services.

The hospital had asked them to contact me to arrange for in home therapy. Horizon was unable to reach me (less than 24 hours after i was discharged) so they called my emergency contact. I fail to see how this constitutes an emergency. The contact is my daughter, and thinking something was wrong she told them to come out the next day. I called them to complain, and ask that they do not schedule time until they hear from me and they actually denied calling the emergency contact. This reeks of incompetence. Perhaps your experience will be better, but as for me I refuse to work with them anymore.

Horrific experience with Horizons when my father was in a dire need for help. Would not recommend their physical therapists or the PT manager to my worst enemy. They lie, delay, and destroy patients and their family’s hope. Zero professionalism or humanity.
