I was directed toward Preceptor from the facility my father was living at. I am so happy that they were recommended, as their staff was so attentive and open with their care. My father looked forward to the visits from the people at Preceptor. Each visit was followed up with the Preceptor staff contacting family members as to details of vital signs and how he was responding, even clergy would send updates. I would absolutely recommend Preceptor for anyone seeking hospice/palliative care. These people are very professional and caring. Top notch! Thank you SO much.
Our experience with Preceptor Home Health and Hospice has been absolutely wonderful! My mom and dad are currently clients of theirs. All of their staff members are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.
My brother had such great caregivers, he enjoyed there visit, shout out to Amy K. she was very alert and was the person who found my brother, I give her all the praise I can. Such a caring young lady. Prayer 🙏🙏🙏
My mother fell and had a compression fracture in October. After spending 1 week in the hospital and 3 weeks in a rehab facility, mom began palliative care with Preceptor. My mother received the best of care from all of her care providers. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made my mother feel valued, respected and they remained in contact with her doctors. Less than a week after palliative care ended, my mother had another nasty fall and fractured her spine in a second location and went back into the hospital. She will be discharged later this week and I plan to have Preceptor return to provide care again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else.
Preceptor home care nurses were so helpful. Unfortunately I had so many different nurses that I can't thank each of them by name. Each and every one of them were highly professional, very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Preceptor for all needed home health care.
