Colette is a liar. She said she’d been trying to call all week w no response so she cancelled the referral for PT. She called 4 times…at 12:04 pm… 4 calls within ONE MINUTE…and on the last call she left a message saying she was cancelling the referral. I let my insurance know about this so they don’t ever use this company again. Call logs don’t lie!!
The OT, OTA, PT, PTA, Nurse, Social Worker - along with Anita Bath Aid are professional and very knowledgeable. So caring professionals. I have felt the care for my father after he fractured his shoulder and needed home health services has been coordinated and personable.
I have been very satisfied with the physical and occupational therapy that I have received from CenterWell home health. Jay (PT) has really worked me hard so that I can maintain the mobility I need to remain in my own home. Susan (OT) has helped me with strength and mobility as well and improved my activities of daily living so that I can do as much as I can for myself.
We have been really happy with the care that my dad has received. He is doing PT and OT. Kipp, Tony and Vicki have been great to work with.
So pleased with the services provided. All persons I interacted with were very courteous, friendly, and helpful — from initial contact (Stacey) to present. Special mention to Mary (PT), Jay (PT Supervisor), and Susan (OT) who were so great with helping my brother. They were so patient and gentle with him. Thank you so much for your care.
