Tell me why we’re waiting for medical supplies for a patient since March and it’s now May 13, 2025! For weeks they said they didn’t have the order. Then they confirmed they had the order. Called back and said they were waiting for an order AFTER the previous conversation said they received it and were processing it. Fast forward three weeks, the issue gets sent to Bailey to handle. Come to find out through hounding the 1800 number that apparently the order was outdated and they needed a new one. WHERE WAS THIS COMMUNICATION WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED THREE WEEKS AGO? And now trying to get a hold of Bailey who still hasn’t called or email back is nearly impossible when all we’re trying to do is get through this bureaucracy so the patient can get what she needs. Meanwhile, the patients family has been purchasing items out of pocket when it should be covered. Is this what you call compassion and trust per company values and morals? Do we really need to resort to a google review to get some kind of response and get this patient what she needs? UPDATE: Bailey isn’t to blame she just got assigned to take over and now that I’ve talked to her she’s doing everything she can to fix the problem. She does acknowledge that someone dropped the ball and helping us get resolution for the family. Thank you Bailey for your help.

We have been with Aveanna for 8 years and while we've had a few ups and downs with nurses (which is expected in any agency) our overall experience has been excellent and we continue to receive compassionate care dedicated to my daughters needs. Angel is our scheduler and he works diligently for a fill in nurse if our regular is not able to come in. Thank you Aveanna for your dedication and continued service.

Aveanna is heaven sent! We changed home health companies because our old home health was lacking nurses. It was the best move I’ve ever made. From the start Aveanna’s staff made the whole move easy for us. Our nurse is basically our daughters guardian angel. At this point she’s not even our daughters nurse, she’s practically family and that’s why we call her aunty Stella. Aunty Stella has only been our baby’s nurse for a couple of months and there is a huge difference. My daughter is home with medical equipments she has a tracheostomy and a g-tube so I never did trust anyone to watch her until aunty Stella. I highly recommend Aveanna if your looking for a home health company because they really want what’s best for your loved ones and without them my family wouldn’t have this much peace of mind.

Before the new staff I would have given them one star. But now they’re pretty great at scheduling appropriately and getting you a nurse when you need one. My nurse called in sick for two days and I had a replacement immediately. Angel always takes my phone calls and he is very professional and polite.

After being a caregiver for over two years I can undoubtedly say that Aveanna Healthcare is truly the standard! Aveanna lives up to all of their core values and moreover they are all about great customer service. And I am beyond grateful to have been afforded their services.
