Worst healthcare experience I have ever experienced. I am 1/1/2 weeks post spine surgery and I have no in home follow up care. All this because of a missing PCP signature. My PCP had nothing to do with my emergency care and cannot provide info to these people. I guess I will teach myself to walk again like I did when I was a toddler. I now see Why Andwell changes it's name, to escape it's negative tracks.

My great-aunt in Maine, has tried to contact you guys, for home health aid. Absolutely no calls, or messages. Do Better.

I am certain they are very nice to anybody they like; just like any dog is. But they DECLINED US services after a heart attack, and triple bypass:just because of some vague petty dislike from many years ago: that they couldn't even explain or justify! These people are not truly compassionate; or ethical, or they would NOT put their own petty preferences ahead of patient care!!!

First visit from social worker a nightmare. When we met I did not know her and she did not know me. But within 15 minutes of meeting her. She had me so depressed from making me relive bad things that happened in my life that made me depressed. And by talking about them made me have the equivalent of a flashback. This made me depressed even more. She asked me some questions about if I was willing to make some changes to my living conditions. My response was no and I told her I'd rather not live that way. Within 15 minutes she's calling an ambulance claiming that I had a plan to harm myself. Which I never said. But she told everybody else I did. And told those that I knew what to say when I told them I did not have any plans. I ended up at a hospital, except when I told them what was going on they discharged me. But my trust in social workers is now permanently damaged. Especially when it comes to Andrew Stockton County health and hospice. Do not recommend social workers from this place. They have made me not trust anybody anymore. Will never ask for help again. Be very cautious about what you say in front of anybody employed by them. Whatever they don't hear they will make up.

Lynette and Vicky provided outstanding in-home PT services to me after a knee replacement surgery. They couldn't have been more professional, warm, supportive, and encouraging! I'm very grateful to Androscoggin Home Healthcare for sending these two wonderful women to my home.
