Worst is home health Care ever they are nowhere near professional they hire people straight off the street with no training they're very disrespectful they have no respect for their clients they're only in it for the money I went through seven of their home health care personnel and every one of them did not want to do their job it's like they're just picking them up off the streets and just giving him a job one had no phone wanted to use my phone to clock in the others won't clean like they're supposed to come and go as they want they're always late and they ruined my TV and I called the company and told the head nurse Miss t is it supposed to be a supervisor what's that called her and told her her employee ruined my TV she said well there's no proof and how do I know she did it because I wasn't there I refuse to own up responsibility for what her employee did and now I have to file a civil suit against them just to get my TV back not professional at all I would not trust them to watch my dog worstest company ever I wouldn't even give him a one star not professional at all

This agency is no good at all…… they scam you out your money and think you the one scamming and the patient I had also isa no good person and play games abs lies to you and the agency. They fire me because they say I was scanning time and definitely was not….. who can I report their agency to

Rita will not care about your loved one's health nor safety! I'm appalled by the lack of common sense that this woman should have, seeing that she is supposed to be a care provider. If you love your family, go somewhere else.

Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care has serviced the medical community in Houston for over 15 years. We have serviced patients from all hospitals in the Texas Medical Center. We have gone over and beyond to give the best care possible to our clients. As the owner of Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care, a mother of 3 children and caring for the elderly population, I drove around a cone in a school parking lot because I was running late. There were no children around the area and as a mother and caregiver, I would never bring harm to anyone. I apologized publicly (to the community) and to the school district for my actions. The school district apologized for the actions of their teacher. I don’t want my bad judgement to overshadow the good work of Tri-Flexsi. Tri-Flexsi is committed to provide quality health care to the city of Houston and its surrounding counties.
