I do not recommend this company at all.
They call late to schedule appointments.
One nurse scheduled an appointment at 12 and didn’t call to notifty she would be late at 1. I called to see if she would be coming out she stated she was at another client and that she had meetings earlier and ended coming later almost a hr and half later.
They only allow 30 minutes for the client which is not enough time because each person that comes out checks and logs vitals which takes about 10 to 15 minutes which only leaves 15 therapy for the client.
And once that 15 minutes is up they are logging what was done snd packing up to leave.
My mother did her work on arms but her legs are still giving pain and she can hardly walk.
Her arm also gives her pain leaving me to hear her in agony and pain.
The staff is very friendly and do more talking than working.
Everyone that I speak to state the same thing regarding the above statements.
I would recommend anyone that could to go to outpatient therapy, where you can get the help you need to become better.
It makes no sense to pay all this money and not be any better.

If I can rate this service any lower than 1 star I would. I literally have to call the facility every single day to remind them that no one has come to see my brother. His health is critical !! He came home from rehab after 3 months and desperately needed care for his recovery. It took them 3 weeks to send a case manager and when she came she half way did her job. He had wounds on his leg and she stated that she don’t do that!! She never even looked at his legs. Then she took her time about setting up his care . Absolute worst!! No call backs, no call no shows!! Some of the nurses are Uncaring and Rude!! They don’t respond to your concerns at all!! Just tell you what you wanna hear and that’s it!!

Having to review this company is an absolute pain. I would like to do more to file complaints about the company and the pain and suffering they are causing to patients. For anyone reading this review because they are considering utilizing PruittHealth @ Home for Home Health Services, please read and consider your options. This company is everything you don't want in a company providing services to your loved ones. They are terrible with communication - you can hardly get anyone to talk to over the phone, they don't return calls nor follow up on voicemails, their scheduling is shoddy and shady, some of their therapists consistently come late to visits, etc. Dealing with them was so frustrating; I would not wish it on anybody else.
My wife, 45 year old, had a stroke at the end of May 2024 and after having surgery, hospital PT/OT/ST therapy for a few days and Acute (inpatient) Rehab for about 18 days, she was discharged home to have either Outpatient Rehab or Home Health Rehab. We opted for Home Health Rehab and the order was sent out by the provider to some Home Health companies that work with our Insurance. Sadly, PruittHealth @ Home was the fastest on the dial to call us and get the patient's information for prior authorization. After about 8 weeks, we terminated their contract tired, frustrated, and slowed recovery progress.
#1 (LACK OF COMMUNICATION) - After getting all the information and explaining the next steps, including to expect a call from a scheduler to schedule the evaluation visits, we did not hear back from the company. After about a week of waiting, we called the intake number back and the fellow sounded surprised we hadn't been called by the scheduler. The scheduler called shortly afterwards. This turned out to be a consistent pattern of behavior throughout our experience with the company - you will be told to expect certain actions and be left waiting without any communication. And when you attempt to follow up, calls don't get picked up, messages don't get replied, voicemails don't get replied. Therapists change their plans without communicating and so countless times, we make plans around them and they just don't show up or communicate.
#2 (non-transparent scheduling) - This company does not have any platform where you can view your patient's schedule for the week. All they tell you is that a/the therapist will call a day before the visit to confirm they are visiting your home and confirm the time. It was so challenging having to plan around their schedules - some times, the therapist called at 9pm. When you don't get the call, you can assume the therapist is not coming the next day. This is very inconsiderate.
#3 (it is almost impossible to contact the company) - This company has the worst contact/customer service that I have ever experienced. I eventually had about 7 different numbers for different departments. We could hardly get anyone to speak with. On occasions, we got a call center representative and the representatives will always insist they cannot transfer calls but rather they can take the patient's information and a reason for the call. They will "promise" to pass the information onto the department/person intended and to expect a call back. Till date, I never got a call back for any of the several calls that were made and treated like this. On several occasions, while speaking with the call center person, after probably half-hour of trying numbers and waiting on hold, the call will suddenly get disconnected. Of course, do not expect them to call back. Some other times, there will be endless play of on-hold music with 20-second interjections of "at Pruitt Health we care about...". My son and I actually went about timing the message and stayed on hold for 50 minutes on one occasion just to see if the effort will eventually be fruitful.
NB: I have points 4-6 but this has exceeding the character limit for google reviews

“Pruitt’s at-home care team was truly exceptional! After my major hip surgery, they provided the perfect combination of compassion, support, and expertise. They went above and beyond, making my recovery journey smoother than I could have imagined.
A special thank you to Charles (PT), Kelsey (OT), Artresha (Nurse), Deana (Aide), and Kellyann (Office Manager), as well as Dagon and everyone I spoke to in the office. You all kept me sane through insurance hurdles, moments of anxiety, and every challenge along the way—always guiding me in the right direction.
Today is my last day before transitioning to outpatient care, and I couldn’t be more joyful or grateful for the foundation you’ve laid for my recovery. I truly needed you all. Sending cyber hugs and best wishes!”**
