NIGHTINGALE HOMECARE

I am a recent "graduate" of Nightingale's home care services. I had an extremely complicated situation for the nurses that took anywhere from 1-2.5 hours per visit 3 times per week for 12 weeks. Overall, the level of care was outstanding. Amber was my primary nurse and did a truly stellar job mastering my care. She was consistently EXACTLY on time for about 30 visits and was very communicative. Abe and Linda also assisted and were both truly caring nurses and wonderful human beings. I was extremely impressed with their level of care and would not hesitate to use Nightingale Homecare again.

Five stars! I have been more than pleased with my experience with Nightingale Homecare. The companion to my father is a perfect fit to his personality. She is caring, and kind and a great companion for him. I have also had great experiences with the office staff in all my interactions. they respond promptly and efficiently to all my requests and are always positive and friendly.

Team at Nightingale moved mountains to help our family in a short-term crisis with home health care. The care coordination team and administrative team worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure evaluations and care were provided to my parent. Their nursing team, PT, OT and speech team took great care and communicated so well with our family during this difficult time. I was very impressed with the detail of the nursing evaluation and recommendations for care during the critical first weeks of home rehabilitation. PT and OT came prepared with tools and new suggestions to additional rehab. Speech therapy proved invaluable to a cognitive evaluation and recommendations for sharpening and maintaining strong functions. We were lucky to find them and would recommend the Nightingale team to other families for home health care. Thank you again!

Dear Nightingale owners and staff- This note is to say thank you. In late May I contacted the agency about possible help with my dad. My mom and his wife of 48 years passed away May 12. My brother and I moved dad in with us in Phoenix. We were completely overwhelmed. We both work full time but we wanted to make sure dad had the care he needed. From the first phone call, we were treated so kindly. The thoughtful nurses helped us get in home health aid, physical therapy, nurse care and occupational therapy. Every single person who has come to our home to help has been so kind, professional and lovely to be around. They all have been great at working with our schedules and the ADA issues in our historic home. Each time a new person or process came into our home, it made me, my brother and Dad all feel so thankful and relieved. You all have truly helped me and my very small family deal with a difficult time with such grace and compassion. I can't thank you all enough! Special thanks to Claudia, Sarah, Gabrielle, Terry, Previn, and the folks in the front office and scheduling. I will highly recommend this wonderful agency to friends anytime home care is needed. This is the 2nd time we have used Nightingale Homecare for PT services. Our therapist Wendy was so good the first time we requested her for therapy services again. She was professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. The intake staff person was also very timely showing up in our hospital room to make sure therapy would start the next day at home. We appreciate the care Nightingale Homecare provided us.
