This is a horrible home health agency. They are completely unprofessional, and inexperienced. The nurse they sent out seems fresh out of school. She seems nervous to do her job. We had to call during a medical emergency. They didn't fill out any of the paperwork they gave us. in all the places it's supposed to tell you who to call there were just blanks. When we did get ahold of them they were completely useless. Made it clear they didn't want to come out to check on my mom they said they didn't know what they could do. Apparently they will not come out, and do a basic assessment of their patients if it isn't scheduled a week out. When my mom got out of the hospital they didn't come check on her. Instead schedule a visit for a week later. This is a really sad excuse for home health care. If you value whoever you're setting up this service for find somewhere more dependable. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Seems like a insurance scam. We're changing to a better company. Should have done better research in the beginning. Smh

This agency offers poor and unacceptable services. Unable to provide supplies, even simple supplies. Employees are working out of their scope. Lack of care and compassion for their patients. Unable to reach someone after hours. I experienced Mays services in Poteau, Ok with my mother and my Uncle and in Tulsa, Ok with my mother. They were fired from providing my mom their services in Poteau and Tulsa. We are looking for a professional and adequate agency that is capable of providing quality care for my Uncle. I can say with certainty this Agency will not be selected for any services for our loved ones.
