Renaissance Home Health is committed to providing high quality, compassionate health care for home bound clients in San Diego County. We believe that everyone - regardless of age, illness, or disability - have the ability to contribute to our society. Our primary goal in working with our patients is to help them swiftly recover and regain their optimum level of health. In doing so, respecting the dignity and comfort for every patient is one of our highest priorities. We work to involve the patient, their caregiver or family member, key professionals, and other staff members in developing a plan of care and treatment. The plan is reviewed and updated based on their changing needs. Founded and managed by experienced home health care professionals, our hand-picked staff of nurses, therapists, and aides work as a team to offer a broad spectrum of services which are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
