Extremely disappointed! I was so excited to be approved after months of being on the waiting list. Unfortunately my worker seldom gets paid, can’t clock in or out, etc.. It’s been awful. Every couple weeks it’s something else. We keep being told they will fix it, etc. I am at risk of losing my worker due to lack of payment I highly doubt anyone at this company would work for free? Universal is preventing me from receiving the help that I truly need. I’m legally blind. I use a walker at all times. Shame on them. I would not recommend them to any family. UPDATE!!! Unfortunately, my worker resigned due to the incompetence of this company. I don’t know if many people that would continually work for free. , I found a new company and a new worker. If you have a loved one that requires confident and consistent healthcare please do not use this company .

I want to thank Universal Homecare for the services they are providing for my grandmother. When Zana, the director came out to meet with my family she was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She was very supportive and answered all of our questions. When the nurse came to the house she was very patient with us. We are very pleased with Universal’s services.

I met Zana Murray at a facility after hearing about her from the residents and their families. They were absolutely right about her. She didn't disappoint. Shes a very compassionate person and a true professional! The nurse and homeaid came to the house to care for my mom. Universal homecare operates as a team. Will continue to spread the word for anyone looking for great service.
