PINNACLE HOME CARE OF SPRING HILL

I had hip surgery to repair a fracture. I was very lucky as the day after discharge from the hospital a fantastic therapist named Nilda came to my house. She started me off with some basic exercises which greatly helped. During each visit, based upon my progress, she would increase my exercises. My biggest challenge was the front step entering and exiting the house which Nilda taught me how to master. She also helped me by teaching me how to enter and exit our vehicles. She has a fantastic attitude and genuinely wants to help. Tuesday was my last visit with Nilda and without her I doubt I would have the progress I have made. I do my exercises daily and will continue doing them as they greatly help. I feel extremely lucky to have had Nilda as my therapist. Thank you!

Worst office customer service ever! Was told not to have caregiver call office. My husband has been a patient for well over a year, best service ever from previous ownership! Please come back! Supplies ordered and received within 2-3 days. Now well over a month! New owners, new policies, worst supply ordering!. While new office employees gloat on how they save big money on supply orders at patient’s expense! Patient has double leg edema with seeping and no supplies on hand for nurses. Most ridiculous, pathetic, situation ever! Can’t call… well here you go! And we are not the only ones with these same issues. Thank you Mary T. For your order! I am sure we will wrap his legs with tape!

If I was able to score Pinnacle Home Care "nurses"a 0 I would.The last days I had nurses from Pinnacle come to visit that were really grossly incompetent.I am a registered nurse myself and have been a nurse for 32 years and so sad to see this.They were unable to draw blood mind me I have great veins. And even not able change the central line dressing properly without pulling my picc tip enough ,large amount to have to be removed yesterday and be replaced in the hospital .This is scary ,what if I was not a nurse or knowledge about any risks if the line was not in the proper location causing a clot . She did not take any ownership of it at all and even never measured it or want to measure it at all 'the tip length or arm measurement.I even tried to teach one nurse how to draw blood she even reusing the same needle( butterfly) over and over.She says she never draws blood...The other nurse had a guy and a dog.in her vechicle often during her nursing visits per the other nurse. I called and spoke to Morgan. their supervisor today .She highly supported the staff definitely not the patient at all.Morgan when I needed a new picc line after the dressing change never called me. No time at all when this happened did she call and check up on this.What little she did say was "I know who you are .Very unfriendly just supporting the nursinv staff.That she "was gonna fire me from nursing visits"Great company.!

I would give 20 stars if I could only for the fact I was assigned the BEST THERAPIST!! I cannot say enough good things about BARRY!!! I had a total knee replacement. When I returned home from the hospital I was clueless of what I needed to do. Pinnacle reached out first. I was assigned Barry as my in home therapist. His knowledge, patience, and overall the best demeanor in this business got me where I’m at today. I am 1 month post surgery. I’m walking without any aides. Today I walked 2.5 miles combined at a local park. I have a ways to go, but I credit BARRY and only BARRY as to the positive progression of my recovery journey.

I would just like to Thank Leah for everything she has done for me and how I have been treated over the past month.I couldn't have asked for or imagined better treatment both physically and personally she is an excellent physical therapist and puts her heart in her work I'm grateful for her patience and encouragement .
