FUSION HOME HEALTH CARE

I just recently had total hip replacement and fusion Home Care were the people that showed up immediately after my surgery and provided my aftercare. I have to say I only dealt with "AJ" but I can't say enough about him, not only as a physical therapist but above and beyond that! laying my mind to rest and answering all of my questions thoroughly and completely and reassuringly, since I've never had surgery in my entire life. He made everything a lot easier and it also saved my doctor getting a few frivolous phone calls just because I didn't know what the heck was going on. I can't say enough about AJ and anybody who gets him as a therapist will have lucked out. 5 stars and recommended.

Don’t even know where to start I wish I could give minus stars!! Had total shoulder replacement surgery on Thursday was supposed to start physical therapy the next day the gentleman showed up late which happens I understand. He did end up calling at least 20 minutes after the appointment time to tell me he was running late. He showed up and did my evaluation then said he would be here the following day on Saturday between 10 o’clock and 12 to no avail, No one showed up. At approximately 1:40 My wife contacted the office left a message, shortly after we got a call from the physical therapist saying he was sorry something came up, but claimed he was in the area and could still come by. Unfortunately we had to leave due to another appointment we had at 2:00. He proceeded to tell us that there will be another therapist at our house Monday morning between 10 and 12 around 9:30 I got a phone call from the other therapist to schedule my appointment for the next day, which I was not available for due to other appointments. Then I contacted the doctors office to let them know what was going on so the doctors office reached out to fusion to ask what happened and they lied to the office telling them at the doctors office that we canceled the appointments which we did not. Had a home nurse call Saturday she was going to remove my pain pump that the hospital had me remove on Saturday in which this is what I told the nurse. They said I canceled the appointment and in a roundabout way I guess I did because we already pulled it out due to the doctors orders. We made sure I was here when the appointments were scheduled 1 time they were late and the other 2 times they didn’t show. I would not recommend this place for anybody TOTAL JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AJ was my home PT guy. Nice enough guy, friendly, helped me get my much needed pain meds when there was a shortage for three long days without getting any pain meds. I really did not feel that I got very much PT from him tho. At the very most, he did three, maybe four short exercises with me. His visits only lasted about 10-15 minutes. I felt I would get more attention to PT exercises than what he gave me. I feel these home visits by the PT personnel need to leave their personal cellphones in the car and not using them to call their wives during my visit and then excusing themselves to leave to handle wife calls. I felt shorted of my paid time for PT visits from AJ. He was nice, of course, but I dont feel he really helped me in the area of exercising my knee, more so he was more interested in getting my signature on his paperwork and head out the door. I dont feel I got what I paid for in PT therapy, sorry AJ…..

After I had a Quadruple Bypass Ms. Diane and her staff nursed me back to great health. Pt, Ot & her nursing staff were WONDERFUL !!!

The nurse Noreen took such great care of my grandma, explaining her condition in multiple ways until she understood what was expected over the next few months. Neha the physical therapist helped her learn safe ways to adjust to hip replacement and walking again while strengthening. I have and will continue to recommend Fusion to family and friends.
