ALLIED PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE

Has to be of the worst home health care company ever. The staff including the owner have absolutely no consideration to the family's they are suppose to be helping and serving. Many of the family's which are there clients are already having to go through enough pain and stress having a loved one needing help. Which they could careless helping the people. All they want is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. And on top of the disrespectful way they talk down to a you but they refuse to provide you any documentation of carbon copies which provides the parent details of there childs daily vitals, daily tasks. I've been told I can receive them monthly at the end by calling and requesting them, which only 1 time they provided them. And now they won't even do that. As the Owner told me today only emails as they are trying to save money and cut costs since they are and a medi-cal only based company. Well lady, my advice to you is maybe you should consider accepting more types of insurance or maybe even a whole career change with a different type of business. By the way the company doesn't even come monthly for certification. They let 3 months go by until finally i called questioning why they haven't come then they acted surprised. Unbelievable. And the staff is always rude over the phone.

Very unprofessional, un organized, never have any staff available to work. Always owed hours, son missing a lot of school because of them, D.O.N. not awear of the acuity level of his total care. Medication sheets never seem to be updated. Over all they don't seem to care in how bad they run the place, quite frankly don't know how or why they are still in business. 1 start is actually 1 to many for them as a business. Always rude over the phone all except for Chona, they have this bully mentality of dealing with their families, we are not there by choice, and they are suppose to be here to help ease some stress instead they add more stress to our already very stressful lifestyle.

Walked in unannounced to check the place out. Greeted immediately, staff all smiling very polite and gracious. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with the staff. Definitely a professional and supportive team.

They are a bad company. Nurses always making up stuff and lies and telling cps about them to cause nothing but issues. Also a nurse stole 10 dollars out of my wallet. They are more stressful and a hassle than working for you and helping you. We dealt with them in our home for a few months

the nurse who went to my home moved my daughters picc line while trying to do a dressing change we r now admitted into the hospital the hospital staffed documented what a horrible job she did she left the old bio patch and stuck a new patch on it didnt even finish changung it ....
