Pinnacle Home Care

My mom had a stroke. She needs a nurse and therapist. They are not consistent and very rude including the supervisor. I wouldn't recommend...

I have been through a lot over the last year up till today and because of me working with Pinnacle I Am still alive today after finishing appointments with my nurse jennissa and my physical therapist Josh we walked downstairs to the lobby with no warning I had a major seizure Josh was able to gently get me to the ground and found I had no pulse hotel staff Tessa called 911 and jennessa started CPR and was able to get me back.....I was blessed that day and I am forever thankful that they were there so Pinnacle I thank you for having such an amazing staff the rest of what I have to say I will say in person to the one's that saved my life

Administrative staff was rude and unprofessional not only with me (the daughter of a potential client) but also the Physician Assistant at the doctor's office as evidenced by the woman hung up on both of us in the middle of a conversation about admitting my mother to home care services. My father is currently a client of theirs and the the staff that goes to the home is outstanding. So there's no issue with the staff in the home. But clearly the administrative staff should be reprimanded for subpar customers service.

The therapist are awesome. The majority of nurse are great but there was one that needed to check herself. In the year and a half of having this company on and off I had 1 issue.

My experience with this company has been great. This is my first time using a home health service and there isn't many reviews to look at. My PT and OT people have been very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this company to those in need of home health services.
