"This company is very disorganized and highly unresponsive. It takes weeks sometimes to get a response to simple questions or to get copies of careplans. The director Christopher Ngati, is impossible to communicate with because he rarely returns messages or ignores them for weeks. I'm not sure how they get away with doing business the way they do. Also there is no physical therapist or Occupational therapist working at this company. They only offer home health aids and a nurse to come by once or twice a month. If you have other options steer clear of Universal Home Healthcare Inc."
