Quality care delivered the right care I needed for my mom. The care giver was exceptional and very knowledgeable of the kind of care to give to my mother. She was always on time and very respectful of her. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

In the absence of a big family at this age, who doesn't want more people to act as if family? I am thankful that my daughter Emily found Qualicare, which changed my life after I moved to Boston to the same waterfront building where she lives. Nat, the Qualicare administrator/owner, is the kind of family member everyone wants--caring, smart and articulate. I knew it from the first time she visited me last October. My apartment that day contained enough moving boxes to be fall hazards. I was astounded at how Nat started moving and unpacking the boxes while I met the young woman who was to be my aide three days a week. Since that time, Nat has provided wonderful caregiving advice and also found me three different but equally effective caregivers to come to my apartment. She is efficient, yes, but also very warm and personable.

We are so fortunate to have met Nat and Paul from Qualicare, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and the services they provide. Nat is an incredibly warm, kind and compassionate person. She is really invested in knowing the patients and families and providing the best possible care. She vets caregivers thoroughly and pays close attention to how she pairs caregivers with patients. All in all, we have had the best possible experience working with Qualicare and Nat’s team. Communication was fantastic, always prompt and responsive. We would reach out to them again without hesitation if needed.

The founder of QualiCare was very responsive from the beginning. She explained why she founded this service and what it meant to her. I felt that she respected and understood my issues and asked for more detail or clarification when needed. The care givers were prompt and compassionate. If needed in the future, I certainly would contact this agency again.

Qualicare has been an amazing partner in my family member’s challenging journey with Alzheimer’s. They provided expert caregivers who were experienced in dealing with the sometimes-difficult situations with Alzheimer’s patients.
