HOME INSTEAD

We have a wonderful Caregiver. Her name is Jennifer Schmid. She is very caring and helpful taking care of my husband wh has Alzheimer’s.

Home Instead has been providing care for our parents for several years. I now wish to acknowledge the attentive care of the most recent CareProfessionals: Laura, Erica, Cathleen, and Bianca. Laura established a respectful and consistent level of care and trust with our Father in particular (5 Star Care). She made the breakfast to his preferences, and when the time came when he needed help dressing, Laura enlisted the towel drape & eased the transition. Erica was a much anticipated returning caregiver whose ease, deep compassion, and patience comforted our parents. Cathleen had a quiet, dependable approach with our parents. Her tenderness with our Mother was revealed in her assisting with daily grooming- brushing and braiding our Mother's long hair. Bianca noticed when things needed fixing. For instance, she noticed when a kitchen cabinet was off its hinge- ordered the part and repaired it. Bianca also often took on an additional shift day (Sundays) when it was hard to fill. And, finally, a shout out and thanks to Jayme, Hal, Michelle, and Ashley for starting us off and keeping us going.

Home Instead is a wonderful company to work with for senior care. Tanya was our caregiver in Anchorage and even when my mom ended up in the hospital she came to visit there. She had a special way of cheering her up that we loved. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get help with home care. Thank you. Cathy
