I was in need of a home health aid for my mother as the last aid didn’t have all the necessary tools to manage her in my absence. I spoke with Art (owner) on the phone who quickly understood my need to find a good, caring, professional aid who knows how to be respectfully assertive with my very southern, tell you what she thinks mother with mid/late Alzheimer’s (dementia). He selected Tracy for my family and had her booked for the very next day. It’s been the best decision we could have made for my family. Art and his team are easily accessible, responsive to changes in my very busy schedule, professional, and I would highly recommend Interim Healthcare of Annapolis for your caregiver needs. Especially if your loved ones has Alzheimer’s or cognitive decline.

Excellent care for my mother! The staff is attentive, considerate, kind and highly trained. My mother trusts and respects her caregiver to provide all her needs. She enjoys the days when she will be caring for her. I have an enjoyable and professional experience dealing with the team scheduling and dealing with administrative issues. That is such a big relief as well. All around this is a great service. Invaluable and highly recommend.

We were fortunate to hear about Interim HealthCare the very day that we realized we needed service. Within minutes we had an appointment, and the evening after the appointment everything was squared away. I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through our ordeal if we had not had their support and responsiveness. It was as if we could just offload our worries and know that the most stressful part of our daily life was in good hands. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
