When I had first went to this establishment it seemed like there was lots of help. They also seem to give lots of information. That was the first thing that got to me. I do not need all of the information that's for you guys' taxes because that's not my job. It seemed to me it was a ploy to try to confuse all of us of when they were getting paid. I have had the opportunity to have a good transition team. I had my own caregivers, as well as all of the information that was needed. My transition was a fast transition so I needed to keep everybody in the loop and on the same page. Unfortunately, that was not good enough for this place. I thought I did my due diligence by getting everything ready for them so they did not have to do anything. Maybe that was a mistake, because now instead of going in contacting the people they need to. They constantly asked me for information. They have not been truthful on when people are going to get paid. They did not try to get a hold of the case managers in a timely manner. I fortunately was able to have some supervisors on my side with my transition. They could have contacted those supervisors. As it got close to my moving date, he wanted to pile more and more on me. I had asked them to stop I had asked them to slow down. I was staying in a hotel and was moving into my own house. It was way too much to deal with while trying to do their job. I fear that with their misleading information, miscommunication, sarcastic attitude, and the arrogance to constantly talk over everyone. I urge whoever else goes to this home health care to make sure you guys are getting paid and to make sure they're following the right guidelines. I have caregivers that may now not get paid. He tried turning them against me by misleading them. Little does he know I communicate with my caregivers pretty regularly. I'm on the verge of losing my caregivers as well as losing my health. Trying to do this home health Care's job has stressed me out to the point that I am unable to eat. My physical and mental health is going down from constant childish games. I chose to stop speaking to them over the phone. I chose to text because that information is plain and simple. I have been fighting for him to get the information that was needed to make sure my caregivers got paid all the way back to april. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because I'm disabled. I only have a spinal cord injury I fear for the people who have brain injuries or need more medical help.
