"Do everything in your power to avoid this 3rd rate company! I recently received an invoice for items that I did not receive. Granted, the invoice was only 45.00 but I'm not in the habit of paying for items that I did not receive. I contacted their customer "disservice" in an attempt to work this out but they indicated that it was my responsibility to contact UPS to track. First of all, you will not get any notification from this company when they make a shipment to you. Secondly, you will only find out that anything was shipped once you receive an invoice. Thirdly, it then becomes your responsibility to battle with UPS (and believe me, my time is very valuable to me). Do yourself a huge favor and find other alternatives for your CPAP needs as this company has no regard for true customer service!"
