We had a great experience with Elite’s entire staff. The care givers were all very personable, caring, and willing to assist in any way. We had some bad experiences with some other, supposedly good home care companies and decided to switch to Elite. We were extremely satisfied and enjoyed meeting each and every home care professional we were provided from this organization. We used the facility in Howard County, Maryland and would highly recommend them.

Jesse at Elite Home Care Solutions has gone over and above to provide professional and dependable care services for my mom who has MS and dad with dementia. I appreciate that he is readily available and highly responsive to issues and concerns. Billing has been flawless and his rates were competitive. The most important aspect to me is Jesse’s motivation and inspiration to run this type of business. Navigating the process with contracting Elite Home Care Solutions was exceptional. Mr. Epps took the time to ensure that my Dad received a male caregiver.  Completing the paperwork online was easy and the were user friendly.   The in home elevation went smoothly and the nurse was very efficient and professional; she conducted an in home inspection for safety equipment, etc.  Elite Home Care bills bi-weekly and are paid online; they in turn file my Dad’s invoices directly to his long term insurance for reimbursement; this process has run smoothly.
On the day Dad’s caregiver first reported for work his immediate manager showed up with him to ensure he knew was expected and went over a tidbits and shared she was a phone call away if the caregiver or I had any questions.

Finally, I  had to contact the management team regarding some minor concerns and habits about Dad’s caregiver; the management team immediately addressed these concerns by counseling and mentoring the caregiver. As of this writing Dad is pleased with his caregiver.
