I had three aids with this company. The first which was the best one is the only one that didn’t come into my house and act like she was a guest in my home. She actually came in and treated my home like it was my home and she was there to work in My Home. She left my home as it should’ve been left when she left. The other two I had to clean up after. They had some kind of attitude like they were a guest in my home. The second one I had to start putting it on the list for her to Herself and clean my couch up and straighten it up after she messed it up while she sat there and played her games on her phone. I have video evidence. When I called the front office to try to get clarification for things they were quick to threaten me with veiled threats. Rather than trying to help me work things out Both office supervisors Participated at one point or another. Both of these last two broke items of mine and made excuses for why they didn’t do something that caused my items to get broken. They were nasty unapologetic and just downright careless and then tried to blame my stuff and confront me about it. One was a vase that I got from some people I worked with a long time and was important to me. Part of my disabilities is no bending. Which means I can’t bend forward and wash dishes Vase set beside the kitchen sink to be washed For at least four weeks. Then she knocked it off the counter and broke it. Her excuse was it that it sat there so long that it got broke. No apology. I have very clear instructions about how I want my things washed. When you pay $140 a set of sheets you want them washed a specific way. She ignored everything I said and did things intentionally like put white rags in with my purple towels and purple sheets to try to get fuzzy on them, which I specifically said I didn’t want. She put one in with each load I found after I fired her. They were in the loads that were already in Progress When she broke something, she just ran right into a cabinet that I was trying to very delicately put together. It was brand new. I was having trouble with the hinges on both the doors. So she wasn’t paying attention and walked right into the door knocked it off and now the door is split open. I believe it’s unrepairable. Not only did. She did great my furniture and start criticizing my furniture as a way of what an apology? She never apologized. She just criticized my property because it wasn’t in perfect shape and it was in her way. Additionally, when she was coming down the hall, she scrunched her face up and said very aggressively with her face all scrunched up And angrily said well it was just an accident anyways. Will even accidents require an apology. I don’t understand how the mentality of the people from this company consistently dinner greats and deflect blame for their destruction of my property from this company. Yes the supervisors agreed with me once all the facts were known and the fact that I had video of it. That was the clincher. You can’t argue with video. Make sure your video has audio intact. If you hire this company. I was told by the VA representative that they were supposed to be feeding me two nutritious meals a day. And what they do is they force their phone in front of you with the signature block already in front of it and they block everything that they’ve checked so that you can’t see it. There was one point on the Second aid that I tried to move the signature clock away so that I could see what she checked, and she started hollering about. I wasn’t supposed to be looking at her personal stuff. Well, this was months after she had been working here. Nobody ever told me what was underneath the signature block. And I was on such high dose of medication and in such pain I couldn’t process warning signals much less process legality requirements. I laid there starving for months. I lost from 170 pounds to 124 today. That’s why I was under this company’s care. Oh, and by the way, my HEPA filters were thrown away from my brand new Vacuum cleaner. Such things were common

If you want a company with integrity & truly cares about others will being and health it can't get no better then this company. From the office staff on down they are all wonderful people. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

The owner and her staff are very rude! So, please don't hire or work for this company. I have to report them to the Better Business Bureau and, I had to complete this review to protect the citizens from this terrible company!

It’s a wonderful company the lady’s talks to u explains how things should go they work great with each and every client to meet there needs every one is family and helped like family they do a great job like no one else does they put there heart into caring all the way
