This company helped me so much. I was hesitant at first because of hearing we could loose the home. I decided to give it a chance anyway. They brought a wheel chair lift to help get my mother up the stairs safely without any payment upfront. They were able to get approval for Medicaid to cover copay costs. The nurse was great checking on my mother monthly. And the aid is very reliable and helpful and comes 4 days a week cleaning cooking, bathing and a great help. I am finally able to have time for myself again and relax. It so much easier caring for my Mom now. Thank you North American for your services.

Way too desperate to contact people, they repeatedly called and left messages over a few business days, then came by my home and left a hand signed letter. It is to the point of being stalked. Give people a chance to respond rather than bombarding them with unrequested contact.
