Above and Beyond Healthcare Services

This place was recommended by THE Ohio State University. Why I don’t know. They showed up immediately and did nothing but talk. Rob Becker was the nurse who showed up and said that he is the owner of the company. He came out again and did the same thing just talked and did no therapy and asked how the therapist performed their treatment who was supposed to come out prior to his 2nd visit. After my wife told him they never came out., Acting surprised and agitated he left saying a therapist would come out soon and they would contact us, they did come out one time only in two weeks after my wife had a full knee replacement surgery. Now we are at the point of needing released by these (professionals) to get real physical therapy at an actual physical therapy facility. Not sure how this will end up for my wife who I think has been taken advantage of by this company. We let them into our home thinking they were a legitimate company.

Amazing service, amazing nurses, and the owner is extremely helpful/professional/resourceful.
