Assisting Hands you are an agency that stands by your name. You are always cordial, responsive, flexible and give me a sense that you have our back. My mother’s condition requires a team of assistants and all the ones that are provided by Assisting Hands are  alway caring, compassionate and hard working. They always make sure my mother had food to eat, make sure her bathroom is always clean, and that her room is neat. I used other agencies when we needed care for my father and when comparing the services provided I wish I had discovered Assisting Hands long ago.

I have been caring for my mother at home going on six years now.  Finding in home-care aides that can help me take care of my mom has been an ongoing challenge.  I have gone through a couple of different agencies, and by far, Assisting Hands and the staff there, in particular Rita Caro Davis, have been the most professional, most responsive, and have provided the best customer service in the industry of medical personnel placement.
The experience I have had with other agencies, aides not showing up, or calling out ill last minute, have more often than not, left me without coverage and without help taking care of my mom.
Rita and her team call me right away, they follow up with me and return my calls, and Rita regularly checks in with me via phone to get my feedback and ensure that I am satisfied with the aides they provide.
I highly recommend Assisting Hands Home Care Agency.

This agency dropped my mother as a client last month (October 2021), the reason I was given was that they were unable to staff the hours my mother has for in-home aides.

Rita at Assisting Hands has been a godsend.  She's been able to arrange kind, loving care for my mom as her physical abilities decline, and has been astonishingly quick to find excellent caregivers to fill Mom's needs.  We needed to go from 6 hours a week to 15 hours a day very rapidly, and Rita was able to arrange excellent people for all the extra hours within a day of my calling her.  I live thousands of miles away, so my family really relies on Assisting Hands for care.  And they are wonderful.  They even managed to rearrange their own caregiver's schedule so she could be with my Mom every day.

I recommend these folks enthusiastically.  Don't know what I would have done without them.
