I'm posting in response to a review made by a former client of this company's son. The allegations he has made are FALSE. The client's family was abusing the agency's services. The services rendered were not to be waiting on the family hand & foot & doing personal things for them at the expense of the company. Larry is a compassionate person & cares very deeply for his clients & his workers! None of his CNA's conducted any wrong doing here. The family has done this with other company's also.

I would like to take this time to say "Thank You" to Welcome Home Care for their kind, considerate, and compassionate care shown towards us during the illness and eventual lose of my mother, Ms. Dossie Lee Lindsey. It has taken much time and prayer to adjust to this continued lifestyle without her. After interviewing with your agency, our trust was placed in your knowledge of our family dynamics and the ability and capabilities of your care giving staff. The match you made was perfect for my Mother's care needs and for our ability to allow her to be cared for by someone we barely knew. Even now as I look back, the care and genuine concern to assist us displayed by your selected caregiver (Ms. Shaletta) was a source of assurance and peace that words will never be able to fully express. It has taken a while for me to say it, but the work you do and the service you provide is welcomed relief for anyone struggling to make the right decisions concerning the ones they dearly love. Your name says it all Welcome Home - to those departing and to those left behind. You have been blessed with a way to make it possible and practical on both ends. There is not enough time or space for me to go into every detailed aspect of what the service you provided meant to us. I just wanted to truly and sincerely take the time to say "Thank you" for all that you do in the services that you render with such passionate attentive care.

Avoid using this agency. The aide my, now deceased, mother was assigned to was stealing her pain pills and was refusing to own up to it, even though we saw her take them and we had been counting her medicine because my mom had noticed pills were going missing after the aide was wiping down my mom's table practically daily. She then refused to do any of her work and just sat around all day. We called her boss to complain, but he just accused us of lying and wouldn't listen to us whatsoever. He then put us on a conference call with her and proceeded to chastise us because of her lies. I have told everyone I know to never use this company.

Amazing agency. Catered to all my mother's need. Staff very courteous and respectful. Would recommend to everyone.

This company is not about the people. They are about the benefits they can get from the people. Larry, the owner has no real concern. I would HIGHLY not recommend this company for the care of your family!!!!
