I purchased a $49.99 heating pad that I later found out the company sell for $28.00 at 2:57 pm and informed them it was not heating properly immediately after arriving home at 3:54 pm, not even one hour after purchasing and I was told all sales are final and they were not willing to assist me in anyway. I did not want any money back, I wanted to exchange and even pay more for another heating pad. The answer was still no. I will never purchase anything from this company and buyers be ware! Make sure whatever you buy from here works properly before leaving the store, if they will even allow you to do so. I immediately contacted the manufacturer and my complaint has been escalated.The manufacturer said they haven’t had any problems with this heating pad and will replace. They also said the heating pad could be old stock which is concerning as to what else is old in the store.

We had a small problem with a bed we purchased from Complete which was a manufacturing problem. Oreen got pics and stayed on the manufacturer until the part was replaced under warranty in which the manufacturer was slow to acknowledge. He immediately installed it. Complete has great customer service and that is important when dealing with people who are ill. He also kept me posted on everything. They want and earn your business.

I purchased 2 bags today. I have to say these are the cheapest bags I ever used. For the price, I should've received a way better product. Your price was higher than Hollister or coloplast per bag, and you charge more for a way, way cheaper product. I would take those bags off the shelf completely. Now I get 2 get billed over $1,000 just to go to the ER for a bag to get me through tonight.

Liz (Liv) was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. My son had a valid prescription for a nebulizer that was current, signed by his pediatrician with the proper medical codes on it. I called the office and Liz told me his insurance carrier would not pay for the nebulizer and we would also need a prior authorization. I called his insurance carrier and they said to have his pediatrician call to override it. I did and his doctor called, and they said he was all set to receive one and he did not need a prior authorization. I called back to this office and Liz told me that his insurance would not pay for it. I told her EXACTLY what his insurance carrier told me and that it was her job to fill the Rx, and whatever issues her company had with billing was not our problem. She told me to take my business elsewhere! I most certainly did and my son had a new nebulizer the next day. She never called his insurance carrier to verify anything. Had she done so, I wouldn't have wasted my time dealing with her ignorance.
