Home Helpers has been an excellent resource for our family. Colleen, Paulette and Cathy in the office are always caring and efficient in their interactions. They have been able to help with the difficult task of overnight care for my mom with Altzheimers. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were positive and caring, and quick to find alternatives. In particular Michelle has been an excellent caregiver for my mom. She has been willing to adjust her schedule and even worked her overnight shifts at the hospital, and to follow her through to Memory Care, which I think is above and beyond. Thank you for the peace of mind of knowing my mom is safe and cared for overnight.

We have been very pleased with the crew at  Home Helpers! Our mind is at ease that our father is well taken care of and safe. We especially like that Home Helpers will always find a substitute if one of our regular care givers has to take a day off. The office staff is friendly and open to feedback, willing to solve any issue that may come up. Michelle Heron has been a delight to have as a caregiver. She is energetic and works hard to make sure dad is doing well, keeping up on meals, medicine, hygiene and enjoying his day. She is conscientious and a great communicator, updating us regularly.
Samantha Gomez is a wonderful caregiver as well! She is very respectful; and has a calm, cheerful demeanor. She always has my father’s best interests and preferences in mind. Home Helpers has been invaluable in my mom's and my life. My mom has dementia and having another person in her life to share experiences with has been wonderful. We love Therese! She has been a wonderful companion to my mom- whether going on trips to the Arboretum, shopping, or having dinner together.

Also having someone to help with those day to day tasks of dishes, laundry, and errands has been amazing! It has allowed my mom the opportunity to hold onto her agency- all with helpful support. We are so grateful!
