A Grandfather in Need
Relative Care was established by Justin LaFazia, a United States Marine who had just completed seven years of service when he became responsible for the care of his grandfather. The man who had been the hero and inspiration in Justin’s life now suffered with Alzheimer’s and its related physical and mental issues.
Justin and his family wanted to care for their grandfather at home. He needed help – and the family needed help in coping with the stress that comes with care giving.
Justin was fortunate to find a home care agency that provided compassionate and highly competent care. The caregivers tended to his grandfather’s needs, preserved his dignity and enhanced his quality of life.
Sharing the Solution
Inspired by the difference the right home and personal care can create, Justin wanted to bring this advantage to others. Doing so became his life’s work, and led to the establishment of Relative Care.
Over the years, Relative Care has continually expanded its services. Today, we offer the advantage of complete in-home care, providing everything from companionship and personal care, to medical care and rehabilitation therapies.
The Relative Care Way
Relative Care believes in commitment, integrity, compassion and reliability. These four words guide us every day, and in everything we do, in caring for the individuals and families we serve.

Does anyone believe it ethical for the patient to pick up the Caregiver? I politely asked the Caregiver to discuss with their supervisor and let me know. She never contacted me but I noticed the patient continued to pick up the Caregiver. The Caregiver claims I “demanded” she call me back. I did not. I asked for the common courtesy of calling me back. She said she never called anyone back and she did not have to call me back and she would not call me back. I told her she lied about me and is no longer welcome in my home. The supervisor was just as rude. I hope the owner calls me back because I was told she was not in.
The staff at Relative Care are awesome. My Dad was a difficult patient but they never were impatient and were always kind to him. The home health assistant did an excellent job helping my father with small tasks while cooking light meals and tidying up his home. They really do become your "relatives" and the kind you are happy to have.
Relative Care is a wonderful, family run in home health agency. They really care for their client and employees. They always go the extra mile. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.
Very unprofessional company. Unreliable staff, as well as unreliable lady who will ignore your call or say she will call you right back, but does not. But if you call from another phone number she answers. Aides are lazy and complain about their job. Daytime aides spend their time on their phones or watching t.v and ignore the person they are there to be caring for, and the overnite aides are only there to sleep at night. So if you are a person who can not sleep, this is not the company for you. You are interrupting these peoples sleep time if you need them to come to your aide. I have never seen anything like this before. The aides need aides. Call another company.
