"In the beginning, service was so-so. Soon the home assistance aides (there were three or four attempts) would just surf Facebook or sleep. Then the aides simply wouldn't show up..no warning, no contact..they just stopped coming. The Dyersburg office was contacted and they were not even aware their aide stopped showing up. They promised to have a replacement following three different telephone conversations but after a month we simply gave up and stopped contacting them. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever seen. Luckily, nothing happened to my mother while they were supposed to be there. I would strongly recommend that you avoid these people at all costs. The office staff, schedulers and aides should all be serving Big Macs and fries instead of caring for the elderly."
