Ally Independence, LLC

Our family worked with Ally Independence for a few years to provide daily (Monday-Friday 9am-9pm) caregivers for our Mother toward the end of her life. Ally Independence/ owner Stacy was consistently caring, responsive and personally involved in making sure our Mom had the best possible care and support. Over time, Stacy and our Mom developed a genuine friendship, which meant a lot to our family. Our situation required 2 caregivers each day and Stacy worked hard to find caregivers who were a good fit. When a caregiver wasn't the right match or had to leave unexpectedly, Stacy was quick to find a replacement and keep things running smoothly. Occasionally, a family member had to fill in on short notice, but Ally Independence/Stacy managed a challenging schedule with care and professionalism. Previously we had used another agency when caring for our Dad and we found Ally Independence was far better organized and easier to work with. Their billing and payment process was simple and they were very helpful in coordinating with insurance. We have referred Ally to several other families who need/needed care for their loved ones. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, flexibility and personal attention that Stacy and her team at Ally Independence provided during such an important time our Mother's life.

Our family had the pleasure of having Ally independence employees take care of my mother and father for the past year. Stacy, the owner of Ally Independence always made sure that we had somebody to take care of my mom and dad, even on short notice. Each employee that took care of my mother and father did so at the utmost highest level of care. My father recently was admitted to an assisted living facility and the young lady who was caring for my father actually took the time out of her day after she worked a full day and went and visited my father at his assisted living facility. She is an amazing woman. All of Ally Independence’s employees are amazing people who provide the highest level of care. Stacey, thank you for taking excellent care of my months and father.

Ally is far the best caregiver I have ever had. Stacey screens her employees carefully and finds the people who can provide the best fit for my needs. She seems to be able to provide care in an emergency that meets the requirements and attends to unusual needs. Through every unusual event, Stacey is gracious, supportive, and helpful.

Ally Independence helped my mother extend her time at home before going into full time nursing care (she suffered form Alzheimers, MS, and Parkinson's Disease). Stacey came into their home to do an assessment, offered flexible options, and was always very responsive to their needs. Whenever my in-law's needs changed, the team at Ally Independence did everything possible to accommodate them. Every nurse they worked with was empathetic, kind, and willing to provide whatever care was necessary to keep my mother-in-law comfortable, and at home for as long as possible.
