Senior Helpers made this very difficult time in our lives much easier. Their attention to detail, their caring staff, and their willing to alter schedules on short notice were invaluable. The staff was very friendly and caring towards my mother. They became more like family. We used one other agency in the past and were very dissatisfied. This agency, Senior Helpers, is top notch. If you need support with a loved one, I highly recommend them!

I reached out to Senior Helpers to provide care for my 96 year old grandmother twice a week. They responded quickly for an assessment meeting and we were able to get going the following week. My grandmother really likes her caregivers and my mother (who lives with my grandmother) has been able to confidentially leave their home for shopping, etc., knowing her mother is in good hands. Andrew has been very helpful in working with us on scheduling and his response time to questions or issues has been spot on. Arranging care for a loved one can be very stressful; Senior Helpers has provided us confidence and convenience in high quality care.

I used Senior Helpers to daily assist an elderly friend of mine. I enjoyed meeting the administrator to review our needs and set up our account. Once we were an active client, I met several employees who assisted my friend. Each employee was friendly, professional, respectful, timely and seemed to be genuinely concerned for both my wants AND the needs of my friend. If we had a concern or an additional need, the administrator was always easy to reach and quickly accommodated our request. All in all, I was/am impressed with Senior Helpers and would both use them again and recommend them to others. As an overwhelmed caregiver, I found Senior Helpers to be my best friend! I am so happy to have found them!

I use Senior Helpers to assist me with caring for my 96 year old father. When he lived at Colonial independent facility, the Sr Helpers would come by 2 times daily to check on him and do his dishes, tidy the place, and make sure he took his meds. After a year, he had to move to Colonial's assisted living building. He has monthly medical appointments and needs transportation as well as an escort to assist with check in etc. The drivers/caregivers are outstanding. His mobility isn't very good but they are kind and patient. After each trip he comments how nice the driver was. He particularly likes that he gets to go to a drive thru to get a treat to take home with him. There have been several occasions that he needed transportation asap. I was impressed that they were able to provide that even on the same day! I live on the west coast and taking care of my father's needs in KY is challenging. To be honest, I don't know what I would do without Sr Helpers assistance. My father always comments on how nice the caregivers are. I would recommend this company. I have used other services and the quality of service wasn't the best. The service, communication and care givers are the best!

My husband has Parkinson's disease. It is an ugly disease. I contacted Jeremy asking for help a couple of evenings a week. He came to the house to do an assessment and had a caregiver available for later that same week. Both young women that helped care for my husband became a part of our family. They were both very caring individuals and were so very pleasant to have in our home. My husband is now living in a care facility and one of his caregivers stopped by recently to visit. She's an angel!
