My family has used comfort nurse care twice In 12 months to care for our 89 year-old father. Everyone who has been involved has been professional, friendly, and wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend them for anyone who cares about the quality of care their loved one will receive.

I used Comfort Nurse Care to provide full-time care for my father in his home for the past 3 years. I cannot recommend this agency enough. I do not live in Florida so I needed caregivers that were able to do more than just sit with him. The agency owner, Michelle, was outstanding in her management of the caregivers and concern for my father. Michelle is very particular regarding caregivers she hires for her agency. She does all the background checks, health checks, etc. and of course her agency is insured as required. Michelle pulled together a selection of caregiver candidates and let me interview those she thought would work well with my dad. Ultimately, Dad had 3 ladies that came to his house each week and Michelle managed them flawlessly. These ladies managed all of my father’s meal preparation, medication, doctor visits, took him on walks, got him haircuts, washed his clothes, engaged with him in a variety of ways and always made sure he was clean, showered, shaved and well dressed. One of the ladies acted as lead caregiver and even did shopping for him. Michelle got high quality substitutes whenever needed and over the 3-year period there was not a single day that a caregiver didn’t show up. Communication with Michelle was very easy and she responded to my calls or texts at all hours. The caregivers employed by Michelle are very experienced, hard-working, trustworthy, reliable and very loving toward the person they are caring for. I highly recommend Comfort Nurse Care if you need home care and assistance.

I help an elderly couple who contracted with Michele and Comfort Nurse Care. Started off 3 half days a week and for the last 8 months 24/7 for the husband until last week. Michelle always answered calls or texts promptly and every time. The nurses were all efficient and respectful and answered any questions I had. I wish Michelle had an office in Tennessee so when my parents need care they have the same level of service! Would highly recommend!

Michelle was up front and honest with me from the beginning and was always there to help make the transitions as simple as possible as my husband’s condition worsened.
