The most unprofessional agency with the rudest staff especially Andrea and Natasha. They disrespect the caregivers and look down on them. Shame on you both !!!!

Don't even lose your time to contact them. Not reliable. They made me and the hospital lose time, between questions and information. They assured me that we will have someone by Monday and will send me an email and call me disappeared. After several calls, I finally got a call saying we don't have anyone for you. Seriously!!!! How unprofessional can a company could be! Now that I see the reviews, I understand. The hospital gave me their information, and I also told them to not propose them to anyone.

As others have indicated, this place is totally unreliable. Do not use them. I had a horrendous experience with them. I overpaid this business a substantial amount of hours. The first home health aide they sent was a total disaster. She was there for 1 hour a day (2 hrs a week) when I paid for the 4 hour minimum per day (8 hrs total) twice a week. She always had an excuse for leaving early and even accepted gas money because the agency had not paid her. When she didn’t want to go anymore, she didn’t let the agency know. She just stopped going to my parents. Then they sent in another HHA, and she was a very hard worker. However, they told me if I wanted to continue with her service I had to increase her hours to 12 a week. We didn’t need this amount of hours, and not what we had agreed initially. My mother has since been hospitalized and although we never increased her service hours, and our overpayment to this company is substantial- this business continues to call for more payments. If you want a service that’s professional, reliable and keeps their word as stated on the contract, do not use this agency.

They have been providing care for my mother. In addition to her poor mobility and physical care needs, my mother has cognitive and financial issues. The health aide has taken money from my mother for lunches, etc. As a professional person caring for a vulnerable elderly women on a fixed income, she should have thanked my mother and declined any gift. Instead, she crossed an ethical line and took the money. I reported it to the agency and they did nothing. I am calling the State to report them. No ethics - I would not have them care for any member of my family.

Don’t USE!!! This agency is garbage. They don’t communicate and don’t apologize for messing up; citing it wasn’t enough hours to make it worth the aid coming to me. This is AFTER not calling to say they couldn’t/Wouldn’t make it. After they didn’t show up and left T alone outside her house for almost an hour. The agency never called to say no one would be there to meet her when she got home as arranged. The aid that was assigned was put on another job that same day. I had to hear from the aid that she was given another assignment. I was 40 minutes away from my house at work when I figured out no one was there. T can’t walk, can’t talk, can’t do anything without assistance… and they just didn’t show up! Then “discharged” her once I complained. It’s all about money with Total Home Health. They don’t care about your loved ones. They don’t show up. DONT USE TOTAL PRIVATE HOME HEALTH!!! If I could give them no stars, I would. Shameful.
