Comfort Keepers

We were referred to Comfort Keepers by the VA for my veteran father-in-law. We have had service for a couple of weeks now. They were able to get service initiated quickly. The folks in the office have been friendly and professional, and very responsive to changes and requests on our end. So far we have had 3 caregivers who fill all the service hours for my father-in- law 7 days per week. Shout out to Stephanie, Tashae and Gerrie! They have been wonderful with my father-in-law. They help with all activities of daily living. He loves to tell stories, and the companionship is just as important as all the physical help and prompting/ reminders that he needs. He looks forward to their visits each day. We've had a caregiver unable to make it to one of the shifts, and the office called to offer a replacement caregiver for that shift. I've been very pleased with the great communication between the office, scheduling and myself.

Comfort Keepers have been providing my dad with excellent care since he moved to Henderson, the caretakers have treated with him with such dignity and respect.His face lights up whenever he sees them!

I have had the services of Comfort Keepers caregivers for several years and I can say without hesitation that my caregivers, Maria Neri-Garcia and Lori Halliday, are the best in their field. They are kind, patient, hard-working, caring, and go above and beyond what is expected of them. My quality of life is vastly improved with their loving and nurturing assistance. I believe it is possible that I wouldn't be here today without their invaluable help and service. They don't care about their clients. When a client is being mistreated and you file an APS report they require you to come in for "coaching" they are in it for the money. They will fire you for any reason. Don't risk it. The other caregivers do things that will kill the clients and all you will get from the office is "we will talk to them about it" not that they will retrain the caregiver or pull that caregiver off. They don't care.

Comfort Keepers has made life so much easier for our family. My mom lives in Henderson without family nearby, and Comfort Keepers has provided a series of well-qualified, sensitive caregivers to help us when we needed it. They have fixed meals, assisted with personal care, and accompanied mom to appointments. I researched agencies thoroughly before choosing Comfort Keepers, and I am so glad I chose them. I highly recommend this caregiving service.
