Great company I have been with them for almost 10 years now and really watch them get better and better everyday. They got a new payroll manager named Kiera Watson and I have to say she so great with me. She always answers my questions so politely and always helps me when I don’t understand something. She is very detailed and informative with any questions I have. I was having some issues with my worker pay and the call was sent to her and she explained to me so well what was going on and also help me to understand how to fix the issue for future so it do not happen again and since then I have fixed the issue and have not had any issues with my worker pay since. GREAT manager and very professional. Now when I call and have questions I request to speak to her and she always helps and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her and always has the answers to all my questions. If you have any questions Kiera will definitely help you understand :) Definitely help me love this company even more! Keep it up in home your company is very much appreciated.

I have been with this company for 15 years. Having a special needs child is difficult and stressful. This company is so understanding and helpful. Michelle Harrison helps me often. She is always courteous and a joy. She answers emails promptly and just really goes above and beyond. Ingrid processes my daughters weekly payroll and she is so good about reminders and getting right back at me if I have any corrections. I am loyal to this company and very happy with their service.

Unfortunately we’ve had terrible experiences with all of the staff that manages the funds and budget. Attendants and me as an employer are left feeling frustrated. One attendant was told she wasn’t getting paid after working her hours. Also , an Attorney had to get involved due to another attendant not getting paid because of their delays in communicating. They are rude, don’t respond to concerns promptly. They show no compassion, care or concern for the needs related to the services my daughter requires. I would rate them with negative 3 stars if it was an option.

The staffing is incredibly polite, very helpful a lot of patience, always willing to help and I came to this company. I didn’t know what to expect but each day that I came here I learned a little bit more and more about how I can be maintained in my lifestyle with the perfect attendance working with you guys , All right has been a blessing to me and my family but you continue to bless other people, but you have blessed me and my family to God be the glory. Carlos keep doing a great job.

Horrible customer service. Very unorgnized. Always a problem with payroll. They do not care. The employee told me we'll you are ot the only one who has problems.. currently looking for a new provider.
