We cannot say enough about the wonderful care my daughter received by Kelly S. My daughter was so nervous about the medical treatment she was having and Kelly was so kind and compassionate to her. She was very professional, but also very easy to talk to. She would talk to my daughter about things that interested her and made her feel more comfortable and calm. We enjoyed having her here so much. It made the 4 day procedure seem to go by so quickly and by the end of it, we hated to see her go. She felt like a part of our family. We will definitely ask for her assistance if my daughter needs another treatment. We could not have asked for a better nurse!
In looking for companion care Bright Star had very high reviews. They worked hard to match someone with a personality that would fit with my 95 year old Mother. We could have not asked for better care with Josine and Julie. My Mom feels so comfortable with them that she will not have anyone else. This gives me a huge peace of mind when they are taking care of her. I can’t thank Josine and Julie for everything that they have done for my Mom. Highly recommend Bright Star for the caring staff!!!!!
The girls love when Deb comes over! She handles our 3 year old and 1.5 year old with ease. She plans activities, goes outside and is on time! Thank you.
I used the BrightStar Care service for my aunt. The service was wonderful. They came and met with us and were kind and caring from the start. Their service was exemplary and above reproach. Everyone of the care givers was kind and gave careful and well documented care to my aunt. We had a care plan made out in advance of her care and it was followed perfectly.
Debbie does an amazing job of watching my kids and treating them like her own when she watches them. She goes above and beyond to provide fun experiences to keep them entertained.
