I was introduced to ALTC from FoxChase Cancer Center when my mother was admitted. I was looking for care for both my parents. I started conversations with Cheryl Herman who was so kind and professional to me. My mother passed in the hospital and Cheryl would call me to make sure I was okay. I was very touched because I never signed an agreement and Cheryl was checking in on me. Her kindness and empathy made me feel comfortable to sign up with ALTC. This is an amazing team. Starting with Cheryl Herman who continues to check in on me once a week; to Eric Owusu my dad’s caretaker; who has made a great impression. My father who has Dementia and spent 80% of his day in bed is now walking, eating and talking. I feel that my dad is getting the best care and is safe at home. My overall experience has been a positive one. Highly recommend this team.
