We needed a caregiver to spend nights with my Dad when he was discharged from the hospital.  I called Bright Star around noon and they had someone to his house that night and every night after that while he needed care.  The caregivers were very kind and considerate and did a wonderful job.  Every time I phoned the office the call was answered immediately (by a person) and my questions were taken care of.  BrightStar of Kissimmee was wonderful to work with and helped us out tremendously.  Thank You!!

In January my family was inundated with health issues with my Step-Father,
my mother needed 24 hour care through the crisis and ultimately
his death at home, the warmth and consideration of Bright Star through this trying time was amazing.  Their continued care of my mother through November of this year was wonderful.   Being as far away as I was, with the reassurance of their true care and attention Monday through Friday, helped cope with my mothers failing health.  Much thanks to Kristi, Bea, Tanisha, Shirley, Natalia, and Judith for helping to make her transition easier for all concerned.

I strongly recommend Rob and Amanda, and their entire staff when you
need care and love for your family when you just can't be there.  One of the things I realized was as much as I loved my parents, I'm just not made
to be a full time care giver, let the crew of folks that are be who you can't and be their child, much better for all concerned.

Thank you  for all that you did, Jamie and Katie in the middle of the night when I panicked.

Jamie and Katie have been wonderful to work with. They have been extremely patient with my mother and myself in finding a suitable caregiver, and with flexibility in scheduling.

I highly recommend BrightStar Care. They will work with you in every aspect of getting your loved one or yourself the help you need, and provide amazing customer service along the way. They check in often and take your concerns seriously and provide solutions promptly. They are priced competitively with other companies as well, so you get  the assistance you need at a realistic budget.
